Credits are granted when Waffo confirms the payment. Return to the generator and click Generate; payment does not automatically spend your credits.
All packs are one-time. For billing errors, failed generation or undelivered video, contact support with your order or task reference and review our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
Refund & Digital Delivery Policy →No. Payment must be confirmed first; then start your generation in the product.
All three packs are one-time purchases; there is no subscription, recurring charge or automatic renewal.
Unused purchased Credits from all three packs never expire. Each finished full-length video requires 25 Credits.
If a generation definitively fails, the charged Credits are reconciled for restoration. For missing video delivery, duplicate charges or materially unusable output, contact support with your order and task reference; see the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
