Information we process
We process account identifiers including your name and email when you sign in; a portrait photo you choose to upload; the video-generation request, job status and resulting AI video; paid Credits, order references and support correspondence; and operational records such as session identifiers, device information, source attribution and security logs. We do not need your card number or card security code.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, process your uploaded photo into the requested AI video, provide private video history and download access, grant and reconcile purchased Credits, investigate failed jobs or billing issues, operate abuse and content-safety checks, respond to support or privacy requests, and maintain service security and performance.
Uploaded media and generated output
The product accepts one user-provided portrait to change the central performer in a fixed, preselected freestyle-motion reference. A third-party AI video provider (Seedance 2.5 via our API integration) processes the image and motion reference. We store the uploaded photo and resulting video in access-controlled service storage for task execution, delivery and private account history. After the visual result is generated, the website combines the matching preselected soundtrack with it for preview and MP4 download. Necessary data may be temporarily processed by infrastructure, image-safety and AI providers under their own retention practices; we do not operate a public gallery of customer uploads.
Purchase and payment records
Our one-time video packs are displayed on the Pricing page. Orders are handled through Waffo-hosted checkout and its applicable payment/merchant-of-record arrangements. You enter payment credentials with the hosted payment provider, not in a card form operated by MakeBulin47; we do not store complete payment card numbers or security codes. We retain the limited order, payment status, entitlement, Credit and refund records necessary to deliver purchases, support customers, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. Opening checkout is not proof of payment; Credits are granted only after verified settlement.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Necessary cookies and local browser storage support sign-in, session security, payment return paths and temporary draft-photo recovery. With applicable consent controls, optional analytics and first-party operational events help us understand site entry sources (such as search or referrals), the upload-to-checkout funnel, errors and abuse. These events do not contain your uploaded image bytes or card details. You can use browser privacy controls and any consent choices presented by the site.
Service providers
MakeBulin47 may use third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, AI models or APIs, storage, and content safety. Product inputs and generated media may be processed by those providers only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, or support the requested service, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Uploaded portraits and generated video files may remain in private storage to support user history, re-downloading, troubleshooting and disputes; we do not promise automatic deletion immediately after creation. Browser-only sign-in or checkout photo drafts are temporary. You can request removal of eligible account and creation data at support@makebulin47.app; transaction, security or dispute records may be retained where legally required or permitted. Third-party processors may have their own retention policies. Download and save your finished MP4 if you need a personal copy.
Your data rights and account deletion
Depending on applicable law and location, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, request an account deletion review, object to or restrict certain processing, receive data where portability applies, withdraw consent where relevant, or complain to an appropriate authority. Email support@makebulin47.app from your registered account or provide reasonable verification. We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 calendar days where applicable, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions.
Security, policy changes, and contact
