Refund & Digital Delivery Policy
MakeBulin47 sells one-time Credits for AI-generated freestyle videos. We do not sell subscriptions or ship physical goods. This policy explains fulfillment, failed generation, billing mistakes, and the process for requesting a refund or delivery review.

Digital delivery
Starter costs $6.99 for 25 Credits and one full 14-second video; Creator costs $17.99 for 75 Credits and three videos; Studio costs $24.99 for 125 Credits and five videos. One generation costs 25 Credits. Purchased unused Credits never expire and packs do not renew. Credits are granted after confirmed Waffo payment, not when you merely open checkout. You must then click Generate to request the video. Completed AI videos are privately available for preview and MP4 download with their matching soundtrack, where your browser supports final assembly.
General refund rule
We evaluate refund requests against the actual purchased offer, verified payment and Credit ledger, generation and delivery records, the cause of any failure and applicable law. Correctly delivered and consumed digital-generation services are not automatically refundable solely because a buyer changes their mind. Unused Credits do not automatically create a prorated refund. These terms do not override mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
Billing errors and verified non-delivery
If a transaction is charged twice, the amount is incorrect, verified paid Credits are missing, or a paid service was not delivered due to a confirmed service failure, contact support@makebulin47.app. We will investigate the relevant order and job records and may restore an entitlement, offer a reasonable remedy or issue a refund where appropriate or legally required. A provider accepting a request does not by itself prove successful delivery.
Incomplete generated output
A completed AI video may naturally differ from the reference in appearance or motion. However, a failed or stuck task, a result that cannot be made into a playable video with the included soundtrack, a materially unusable result, or a substantial failure to represent the one submitted person may be reviewed. Definitively failed jobs are reconciled for restoration of spent Credits. If the generated output is marked successful but materially defective, we review task and delivery evidence and available technical remedies, restored entitlements or refunds case by case. We do not promise unlimited free reruns or dismiss every claim solely because an AI API returned success.
Used Credits and one-time purchases
Credits already consumed for a properly delivered video are generally not voluntarily refundable. A definitive generation failure is handled through the task and Credit-reconciliation process. One-time purchases never renew automatically. When a monetary refund is approved, unused associated Credits or entitlements may be reversed according to the payment and refund ledger.
How to request review
Contact support@makebulin47.app using the email associated with your account. Include your order or payment reference, the generation/task reference if applicable, a concise description of the problem, and relevant screenshots if useful. Never send full card numbers, CVV/security codes, passwords or unrelated personal information. We will review the payment and generation evidence and respond in line with applicable requirements.
Refund method and statutory rights
When a refund is approved, it is normally processed through the original Waffo-hosted payment method or the applicable provider workflow. The time for money to arrive depends on the payment provider, card issuer or financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits legally required refund, cancellation or consumer rights; we may update this policy with a new effective date.
